Web Payments (Stripe)

Payments made through our website are processed by Stripe.

  • •Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
  • •Cancel anytime via the Customer Portal
  • •No refunds for partial billing periods after the trial

iOS App Payments (Apple)

Payments made through the iOS app are processed by Apple.

  • •Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
  • •Manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • •Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies

Your Account

  • •You're responsible for keeping your account secure
  • •Don't share your login credentials with others
  • •One account per person - no sharing or reselling
  • •You can delete your account anytime from app settings

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • ✕Copy, modify, or redistribute our workout content
  • ✕Use automated systems to scrape or access our service
  • ✕Attempt to bypass payment or access restrictions
  • ✕Use the service for commercial purposes without permission

Intellectual Property

All content, including workout programs, exercise descriptions, app design, and branding, is owned by Omaka. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Omaka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • •Physical injuries resulting from workouts
  • •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • •Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Romania.
